Shipping Rates

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $50 in the United States. We charge a flat rate fee of $5.99 for orders of $50 or less if the shipping address is located within the United States. It's $25 for shipping to Canada and Mexico. At this time, we DO NOT offer expedited shipping options.

**Orders placed on or after December 12th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

International Shipping Details

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay duties, customs fees, and taxes. Customers are responsible for following all of their local requirements with the applicable local agencies.  

Shipping & Handling

Orders are primarily processed and shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will ship the upcoming Saturday. All orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship the following Saturday no matter the time of day the order was placed. Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods. 

Undeliverable Packages

Any package that USPS deems undeliverable and returns to Rugged Pilgrim will be processed according to our refund policy.
