Ordering

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • To change or cancel your order please call or text us within two hours of placing the order and we should be able to process your request. However, since our goal is to get your items shipped ASAP we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancel your order after it has been placed.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will ship the upcoming Saturday. All orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship the following Saturday no matter the time of day the order was placed.
  • Can I place a wholesale or bulk order?
    • At this time we do not offer wholesale or discounted bulk order fulfillment.

Shipping

  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    • We only offer standard shipping for all orders. We do not offer an expedited shipping option.
  • How much does shipping cost?
  • How do I track my order?
    • Upon order fullfilment there will be a tracking number included with your shipment notification email. If you are having trouble locating the tracking number please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
  • What carriers do you use?
    • Depending on your location and size of order we will use USPS, UPS or DHL
  • What countries do you ship to?
    • Currently we ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico
  • Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
