Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund less the cost of shipping plus a 5% restocking fee. All returned items must be free of odor, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. Any returned item in unsuitable condition will be donated to a charity of our choosing without a refund being issued.

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you’d like to purchase a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

*Products labeled as "Final Sale" are not eligible to be processed as a return or exchange. For example but not limited to, hygenic items, socks and undies are not returnable or exchangable due to the nature of the item.

To initiate a return, email returns@ruggedpilgrim.com and include your order number in the subject line with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE, depending on your situation. Please include a brief message with what you would like to be done with the item as well as the tracking number for the return shipment, if available.

Items being returned or exchanged must be sent to the address below. Please note this is a PO BOX so the carrier must be able to deliver to this type of address (ie UPS typically will not):

*If you are planning on using the original packaging to make the return, please do not put the product in direct contact with the tissue paper as it can damage the item preventing us from being able to accept the product for return or exchange.

Returns are typically processed within 7-10 days of their arrival at our warehouse. Refunds are generally posted to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will receive a refund receipt via email when the refund is processed. If the original form of payment is no longer valid we will only be able to offer store credit for the goods returned.

Once your return shipment is received, exchanges are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with new tracking information enclosed as soon as your exchange item ships.
